As voting continued in six Lok Sabha constituencies of Mumbai,?several Bollywood celebrities and industrialists turned up at their designated polling booths to exercise their franchise and made an appeal to residents to vote in large numbers.
The King of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan was spotted with wife Gauri Khan, daughter Suhana Khan, elder son Aryan Khan and younger son AbRam to cast vote in the ongoing Lok Sabha 2024 elections. Appealing to his fans, SRK had earlier said, "As responsible Indian citizens we must exercise our right to vote this Monday in Maharashtra. Let¡¯s carry out our duty as Indians and vote keeping our country¡¯s best interests in mind. Go forth Promote, our right to Vote."
Aishwarya Rai who has just returned from the Cannes Film Festival was also spotted getting out of her car before walking inside the polling booth to cast her vote. The actress will reportedly undergo surgery for the injury on her wrist soon.
Ranbir was seen patiently waiting in a queue at a polling station in Mumbai to cast his vote when veteran actor Pran joined him. In a heartwarming gesture, Ranbir touched his feet and took his blessings.? He was spotted alone at the polling booth, without his wife Alia Bhatt or mother Neetu Kapoor. The actor was seen smiling and also showing off his inked finger.
