Bank Holiday On May 7: Voting for the 3rd phase of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7th. This phase will cover 93 Lok Sabha constituencies spread across 11 states and union territories. The Elections Commission of India has announced that a total of 1,351 candidates will contest in this phase.
On May 7, the third phase of voting for the 18th Lok Sabha elections is set to take place. The first two phases of voting occurred on April 19 and April 26. On the days of voting, banks in several cities will be closed. Here is a list of cities where banks will be closed for the third phase of the elections.
For phase three of the Lok Sabha Election, banks will be closed in Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Raipur, and Panaji according to the RBI bank holiday list.
