The Rang De Basanti actress often shares her intense workout videos on her Instagram to give a glimpse into her rigorous fitness regime. Not one to shy away from sweating it out in a gym session, the dedicated actress continues to inspire many! If you follow Soha on Instagram, the very first thing you'll realise is that the key to her maintaining that toned physique and strength is - consistency! No matter her work engagements or even family vacations, Soha is extremely particular about her workout routine. She first started posting videos of her sweating it out at her makeshift home gym during the Covid 19 pandemic and even after all these years, she is still going strong!
A quick video shared by the diva showed her a fast-paced version of her gym time which she followed in indulging in her everyday treat - skinny chocolate cake. She was seen doing exercises like squats, deadlifts, overhead presses and step-ups which are a great way to burn some calories and build endurance.
While this routine seems extremely complex, when we took a closer look at her routine, we realised Soha follows a simple yet versatile routine. While the core of her regimen is a series of weight and strength training exercises, some HIIT cardio and a few relaxing stretches or low-intensity exercises, she keeps switching up the actual exercises to keep things interesting and not fall into a monotonous pattern.??
Most of her gym sessions are full-body workouts with each exercise focusing on a different muscle group. In one of her workouts, she was dedicatedly working through a series of high-intensity exercises which are great for functional training and?building strength. Soha moved efficiently through a regimen involving exercises starting with jumpstarts with a stepper, followed by burpees with weights, elevated mountain climbers and ended with balancing on a Bosu ball.
On the days when she can't go to the gym or is not in the mood for something too taxing, she either takes a long walk or practices some yoga. Even on her recent vacation, she did not let her routine get disturbed and used to take regular walks exploring the London countryside.
