Shah Rukh added that he already is 'cute', and now it's time to get fit. His conviction was so strong that he further went on to say that if Ashish's life doesn't change after losing weight, he'll stop giving advice (to anyone).

His rigorous gym routine included a combination of cardio and strength training exercises and ate a balanced and nutritious diet rich in fibre and protein.
He shared that he never missed leg day and also used to do battle ropes and boxing. He focused on strength training exercises to boost metabolism, build lean mass and achieve his health goals while cycling and running were his favourite cardio exercises.
