Cold Brew Lemonade is a refreshing and zesty drink perfect for warm weather. Here's how to make it along with the ingredients you'll need:
Ingredients:1/2 cup coarse coffee grounds, 3 cups cold water, 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons), 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste), Ice cubes, Lemon slices for garnish (optional), Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1) Prepare the Cold Brew Coffee: In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarse coffee grounds with cold water. Stir well to ensure all the grounds are fully saturated.
2) Cover the jar or pitcher and let it sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours. The longer it steeps, the stronger the cold brew will be.
3) After steeping, strain the cold brew coffee through a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the grounds. You can strain it multiple times for a smoother texture.
