The iPhone 14 is coming! In fact, reports now suggest that Apple's latest iPhone could be launched on September 7, 2022.
The launch event for iPhone 14 would be streamed online, as is now customary for Apple after the pandemic. According to Bloomberg News, Apple employees have begun recording their segments for the launch presentation.
It is only common for Apple to release iPhones in the first half of September, a pattern it has stuck by over the years.
The upcoming standard iPhone 14 will sport a look similar to iPhone 13, although Apple is getting rid of the 5.4-inch iPhone Mini. Instead, Apple is adding a model with a 6.7-inch screen, making it the first time Apple will release a phone of that size outside of its iPhone Pro lineup.

The iPhone 14 Pro can see some considerable changes. For instance, Apple is getting rid of the front notch (phew!) and replacing it with a pill-shaped hole for Face ID sensors and a hole-punch camera. Of course, we are expecting faster chips and better cameras, along with minor tweaks to iPhone's battery life.
In addition, Apple is also likely to showcase iOS 16, the next software that will support iPhones. Bloomberg also reported that Apple is also working on a low-end iPad with an A14 chip and a USB-C port. New iPad models with M2 chips could also be released later this year.
