A video clip has surfaced on the internet showing a faceoff between an elder man and an armed robber.?As scary as the premise sounds, you won’t believe what happened after the robber pointed his gun at the old man.

The clip was shared on Twitter and has garnered over 120K views. People were shocked t see how the old man who would have otherwise been a helpless elder in front of a much younger robber, flipped the switch on the oblivious thief.

In the clip, the robber first comes near the cashier and points the gun at them. Then he shifts and looks at the old man, who was probably in line to get his things at the grocery store. Seeing as the man was way over the age of potentially being a threat, the robber diverted his attention to another man in the store.

While the robber had his back to the old man wearing a cowboy hat, he made an exaggerated move and removed his glasses before lunging forward and catching the robber. The man first snatched the firearm away from the robber and threw it on the ground while he restrained the robber.

The other person in the store then ran to pick up the?gun and store it away from the robber. At this time, the robber and the old man are nowhere to be seen in the CCTV footage. Soon, the?robber enters the scene again, but without his shirt this time. He rushes for the door when the old man and another person in the store grab onto him.
