A Reddit user,?u/WideSimple7040, brought?Ola Electric CTPO Suvonil Chatterjee's toxic workplace behaviour to light. The user highlighted how Chatterjee allegedly climbed the ladder in the company to CTPO from the head of design by "boot licking and pulling everyone down at Ola."
"I think many of us don’t know who used to promote toxicity culture at Ola it was Mr. Suvonil Chatterjee. Yes hes the one who used to promote toxicity by swearing in front of the entire team on the floor, throw tantrums like a kid. He doesn’t know his nick name was man child at Ola. He used to be as toxic as possible and egoistic that he likes no advice or suggestion, thinks that he’s great," the user writes in the detailed post.?
The man also shared that Chatterjee has allegedly quit Ola Electric. The user accused Chatterjee of firing people "left, right and centre" expecting people to?work on Sundays or people who don't pick up calls on off-days.?
The user added, "He knows how to play politics and ensured that great folks have been put down in front of Bhavish and get them ousted so that he can grow but not on merit purely on bad intentions. `he has zero knowledge on product management only thing he used to do is burn money on unnecessary things and copy features directly from competitors without analysing the PMF or customer insights, this is why the shape OLA is in now."
