Because of the fierce rivalry in the market, store owners frequently use creative slogans and phrases to draw in customers. Frequently, once the products are sold, the customer returns them with odd justifications. It contains justifications such as fitting issues, family members' disapproval, and others. An owner of a clothes store put a special "No Return" sign on the gate to deal with this kind of customer.
It's thought that after reading the message, no customer will ever have the courage to return the merchandise.
Shubhi Jain, an Agra resident, owns a store called Clothes Junction. She consistently updates her Instagram page with videos about her shop. Recently, she shared a humorous video online in which a piece of paper gets trapped in her store. Customers frequently purchase items and then return them with bizarre justifications.
The two most common justifications are that their father forbade them from wearing the garments and their mother didn't like them. The proprietor of Clothes Line wrote to challenge such justifications. "Mummy ko pasand nhi aaya, papa pehenne nhi de rhe. Kisi bhi kaaranvash Change nhi hoga (Translation: Mummy did not like it, papa is not letting them wear it. Change will not be made for any reason!)"
People were shocked to learn that their two main justifications for returning the goods would not hold up. If consumers ever consider returning the items they purchased using these justifications, the store wants to make them feel ashamed.
Over 60 lakh people have viewed this video on Instagram. Internet users expressed empathy for the issues with returned goods and shared amusing responses in the comment section.
