The individual in the video is identified as Mohammad Arif Sait, according to Deccan Herald. The octogenarian is affectionately known as "patrol uncle". He has been donating gasoline to motorists who have ran out of fuel for years. He also gives them with water and, on sometimes, food.
The video begins with Sait standing in front of Vidhana Soudha. As the movie unfolds, he moves to several locations of Bengaluru with his sign, including MG Road, Commercial Street, and Brigade Road. While some passerby talked with him, others captured his video or took his photograph.?
