Things can definitely go sideways when there is too much alcohol consumption. There are several cases and incidents that have only proved that being drunk is not really for everyone. Sadly, being drunk and acting bizarre is not just restricted to one city or state, it is a universal phenomenon.?
That state of drunkenness is what got three people in trouble in Germany.?The police had to detain a man for resisting arrest and biting a service dog. There was a dispute?between two 29-year-old men and a 35-year-old woman in the western town of Ginsheim-Gustavsburg shortly after midnight. When the dispute got worse, the police were called over.?
According to the police statement, which has been provided to The Associated Press, all three people acted in an "extremely aggressive and uncooperative" fashion. According to the police, they were only able to overpower one man, and that too by using "massive physical force."
The statement by the police further stated that "in the course of resisting arrest, the 29-year-old man also bit a?police?dog." Fortunately, the dog did not sustain any serious injuries.
Meanwhile, the only woman in this altercation did something offensive too. She injured a police?officer with a punch to the face when the cop was trying to calm her down and stop her during the dispute.??
All three offenders were detained by the police, and they had to spend the night in jail to sober up.?
In Germany, alcohol is available at the same price as water and, in some places, even cheaper than that. People who are 16 years of age and above in the country can purchase beverages containing less than 1.2 % of distilled alcohol. One has to be 18 and above to buy spirits (more than 1.2 % of distilled alcohol).? ?
