The incident took place on a flight?from Philadelphia to Miami on July 31.?
Maxwell Berry, 22, of Norwalk, Ohio, was arrested on Sunday local time at Miami International Airport and charged with three counts of misdemeanour battery. The cellphone footage of the incident shows?Berry telling a flight attendant to "shut the f--- up," before insisting his "parents are worth more than f---ing two million goddamn?dollars."

The passenger reportedly ordered three alcoholic drinks and brushed one cup against a female flight attendant "back side inappropriately" as he ordered another drink, a report from the Miami-Dade Police Department?obtained by?The Washington Post?said.
At some point, Berry spilt a drink on his shirt, went to the bathroom and came out shirtless, the report said.
He was then seen wandering about the cabin for 15 minutes before groping the chests of the two female flight attendants; and then punching in the face the male flight attendant who had been charged with monitoring Barry¡¯s antics,?WPVI-TV reported.
Another passenger who recorded Berry¡¯s being duct-taped to his seat said he was ¡°aggressive¡± and attacked the male flight attendant without warning.
