Ziona Chana, a native of Baktawng Tlangnuam village in Serchhip district, Mizoram, died as a result of diabetes and high blood pressure issues.?
Ziona had a big family, with 38 wives, 89?children, and several grandkids. At the age of 76, he died. Ziona Chana, noted for having the world's largest family, lived in a sprawling mansion with over a hundred rooms. Unfortunately, Chana died in 2021.
Ziona had a living arrangement in which all of his?wives?and children lived together during his lifetime. Mizoram was the location of the residence. Ziona left a family of 181 people behind.?
Following his death, initial rumours suggested that the spouses and their children would be separated. Despite these expectations, all of Ziona's brides continue to live together. They work together on everyday activities, eat communal meals produced in a communal kitchen, and are committed to sustaining Ziona's vision and objectives.
Food and beverages are expensive for the family. Some of Ziona's sons work to assist with cash, but the family still has major bills while living in a 100-room mansion.?
The women take care of household and farm activities, such as cooking and farming. They also grow meat birds. Many tourists are drawn to the family's unconventional way of living and come to see their large house.?
Ziona Chana was treated for three days at his residence in Baktawng village. However, his health deteriorated, and he was admitted to the hospital. Despite medical efforts, physicians ruled him dead, according to hospital director Dr. Lalrintluanga Zahau. Ziona married for the first time at the age of 17 to a woman three years his senior.?
He married his last wife in 2004. Ziona built a four-story house in his hamlet called Chhuan Thar Run (New Generation Home). This house became the home for all of his wives, sons, and their families. Meanwhile, his daughters lived with their husbands and kids in separate residences.?
