Aarya Season 3 Trailer Launch: Sushmita Sen Steals The Show With Her Aura & Art Of Conversation

Sushmita Sen is scaling heights and finally getting her due recognition. Perhaps, OTT has a huge role to play in her humongous success. While the initial years saw her playing some unique roles on the silver screen, Sushmita went all out in her second innings and has taken on such challenging roles that her fans have been left dumbfounded.

It was only recently that she made several headlines with her new show Taali. Sen took on the role of real life transgender activist Shreegauri Sawant and did a fabulous job of portraying her life story in a crisp yet intriguing series.

After a long wait, she is all set to close 2023 with a bang as the third installment of her much-loved franchise Aarya will release on Nov 3.

While the teaser left everyone wanting for more, the trailer was dropped today and it has set the internet on fire. Sushmita Sen Has Completed 3 Decades In The Industry Which Also Include A 8-Year Long Hiatus.

At Aarya 3¡¯s press conference, Sen reflected on her career journey and shared her thoughts on completing almost 30 long years.

"My biggest blessing in my life is that in 2024, it will be 30 years in this industry. At the age of 18, I was on a stage where I met so many people, and in these 30 years, whatever I have done, my people have always supported me. It is such a big thing".

The actress further mentioned, "At a time when I took a break for eight years at the peak of my career, the industry welcomed me with so much love when I made a comeback, and it was all because of the audience. Till the time the audience wants to see me working as an actor, no one can do anything about it."

When asked about the kind of roles she wants to play next. The actress revealed her desire of being a part of a mature love story and also do never-seen-before kick-ass action. ¡°I want to be the worst, most dangerous villain,¡± she said.

The Taali actress did acknowledge the fact that she couldn¡¯t explore her maximum potential in her first innings but is grateful that her fans and the viewers accepted her all these years.

Aarya was released in June 2020 followed by a second season in the same year. The series is created, co-produced and co-directed by Ram Madhvani.

Apart from Sushmita Sen, the new season also stars Ila Arun, Sikandar Kher, Indraneil Sengupta, Vikas Kumar, Maya Sarao, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Shweta Pasricha, Viren Vazirani, Pratyaksh Panwar, Aarushi Bajaj, Bhupendra Jadawat and Vishwajeet Pradhan among others.

The new season arrives on November 3 on Disney+Hotstar.
