'Miya Biwi Aur Murder' Trailer: Rajeev Khandelwal-Manjari Fadnnis' Series Is A Perfect Dramedy

On Tuesday, the trailer for the upcoming web series 'Miya Biwi Aur Murder,' starring Rajeev Khandelwal and Manjari Fadnnis, was released. The show premieres on July 1. The show, directed by Sunil Manchanda, is a thriller.

The Plot

Miya Biwi Aur Murder guarantees to take viewers on an exciting adventure that would leave people pinned to their screens. Manjari Fadnnis plays the Biwi AKA Priya and Rajeev Khandelwal portrays Miya AKA Jayesh. The show revolves around a husband and wife and a seven-year poorly functioning marriage.

People are being poisoned, shots are being fired at them, and dead bodies continue to pile up in the trailer. While the only way for the Miya Biwi to survive the evening is to band together and put personal grudges aside.

Rajeev Khandelwal, who made his debut on India's MX Player with this series, said in an interview with IANS," It was very exciting to team up with MAD films and be a part of something as mad as this. The director Sunil, Manjari, I and the rest of the cast was so charged up while shooting for the show that it shows on screen. Also, it was shot during the times when the mood, in general, was very tense and sombre because of the pandemic."

He continued to say, "We thought this would make them smile and laugh. This is a dark comedy and I haven't done anything like this ever before. Now we hope that the audience also enjoys this madcap comedy thriller."

Manjari Fadnnis who portrays the wife in the show said, "I'm super thrilled to be a part of this series. It is about the dysfunctional married life of Priya and Jayesh and how the madness of one night brings them together to work as a team. I can't wait for the audience to watch it!"

Rushad Rana, Ashmita Bakshi, Rushad Rana, Ashmita Bakshi, and Prasad Khandekar also star in the show. Miya Biwi Aur Murder will be available on MX Player.
