Unhinged Remarks On Celina Jaitly, Rhea Chakraborty Prove Slut-Shaming Still Exists In 2023

In the recent past, calling out someone for slut-shaming might not have been a common practice. However, things have changed, and today's millennial women are bravely challenging societal attitudes that seek to shame them for embracing their sexual freedom.

One instance that has left the internet in absolute disgust is remarks made on Celina Jaitley. Umair Sandhu, who claims to be a film critic, has recently made a disturbing allegation against the actress.
According to his tweet, Jaitly had sexual relations with actor Feroz Khan and his son Fardeen Khan on several occasions.

Sandhu's provocative tweet suggests that the actress engaged in these acts to further her career.
Needless to say, the tweet is highly offensive and disturbing.
To begin with, the information provided by Umair Sandhu is unsolicited and uninteresting to most people. Additionally, it's unfair that only the actress is targeted in this situation. If that's the case, the male actors involved should also be held accountable and criticized for their misuse of power and privileges.

However, Celina Jaitly came up with a perfect response to the tweet, and we applaud her.
In her response, she shut down Sandhu's disrespectful comment and highlighted his need to seek medical help for his erectile dysfunction.

After Celina Jaitly's powerful response, numerous internet users commented on her tweet to offer support and solidarity.
In fact, some of them went as far as suggesting that the actress should take legal action against Umair Sandhu for defamation.
This suggestion is particularly noteworthy since it highlights the severity of Sandhu's actions and the potential consequences of spreading baseless and harmful rumours.
This comes just a few days after offensive remarks on actor Rhea Chakraborty.

After a severe backlash, Priyanka backtracked and clarified that her tweet was not directed to anyone. However, the damage was already done.
Being in the limelight comes at a cost, as every move they make is scrutinized and judged, from their choice of friends to their attire to the number of people they dine with.
But it's time to rethink and put a lid on our unhinged remarks that may have clouded others' judgement and disregarded their hard work.
