How BJP Reacted To Kangana Ranaut's Beef Controversy
In response to Wadettiwar's statement, BJP spokesman Keshav Upadhye claimed that it demonstrated the "dirty culture" of the Congress. "This reflects Congress' dirty culture. It cannot fight us on issues. This shows the party's defeatist mentality," he was quoted as saying by PTI.
Shaina NC, a BJP leader, claimed that the Congress was "anti-women" and cited comments made by MP Randeep Surjewala against his colleague Hema Malini as well as a post that party leader Supriya Shrinate had uploaded about Kangana Ranaut.
"If the Congress party is so defunct of any thought process, I think the befitting answer will be on June 4 when the women of India speak up and vote against this anti-woman party called the Congress," said Shaina NC.
