Shah Rukh Khan Has A Savage Reply To Vijay Sethupati Saying His Crush Was Mad About Jawan Actor
As Vijay Sethupati says his childhood crush was in love with SRK and that's why he's playing villain in Jawan for taking revenge. Here's how Khan reacted to this!
Shah Rukh Khan is all set to arrive in theatres once again after his blockbuster hit Pathaan was released earlier this year. Khan¡¯s upcoming film is Atlee's directorial titled Jawan. Also starring Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra and Sunil Grover, Jawan is releasing on 7th September.

Recently, the Jawan team organised a pre-release event in Chennai¡¯s Shri Sairam Engineering College.
At the massive gathering, Vijay shared a unique story when asked why he is playing a villain in Jawan. He quoted, "When I was in school, I was in love with a girl. But she didn¡¯t know. Every Jaanu has a Ram after all (a reference to his 2018 film ¡¯96). But that girl was in love with SRK. It has taken these many years to have my revenge."

Shah Rukh Khan who is known for his witty thoughts replied to Bijay by saying, "Everyone here spoke in Tamil and I am sure they all spoke good things about me. Except for Vijay Sethupathi, who was talking about a girl. Let me tell you one thing sir, You can have your revenge but not my girls. They are mine."
At the event, film editor Ruben poured his heart out for Shah Rukh Khan as he shared Khan edited out his scenes for others to be seen enough.

He spoke to the audience and shared, ¡°I thank Shah Rukh Khan for trusting us. Not just one, but a whole bus of Tamilians landed in the North. It needs some guts to do that. Also, as a human, he is a great¡ For example, at the editing table, he told me to cut the portions of him and spare the scenes of others.¡±

Talking about Vijay, Ruben shared, ¡°I love Vijay Sethupathi¡ Most importantly the films where he is the villain. In Jawan, he played a character who is death-personified. His role gave me sleepless nights.¡± ¡°I am not good at Hindi and most of the technicians also don¡¯t. But when I went there to shoot in some unknown locations, everyone around me was Tamil on the sets. We should thank Atlee for making it feel like home,¡± Ruben added.
After Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in Rajkumar Hirani¡¯s Dunki. The film which is arriving in this year¡¯s Christmas week will also feature Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani and Satish Shah. He will further make an appearance in Salman Khan¡¯s upcoming Tiger 3.
