Man Working As Night Watchman At Osmania University Gets Two Government Jobs In Ten Days
From working as a night watchman at the Osmania University in Hyderabad to soon teaching at a Government institute - that is how life has changed for Golle Praveen Kumar. The 31-year-old has been selected for Junior Lecturer in Commerce, PG Teacher, and Trained Graduate Teacher (Social Studies) posts.

The 31-year-old has bagged not just one but two government teaching jobs -- a postgraduate teacher and a junior lecturer.
Night Watchman to Junior Lecturer
He has been selected for Junior Lecturer in Commerce, PG Teacher, and Trained Graduate Teacher (Social Studies) posts.
Kumar who is a postgraduate in Commerce and Education was working as a watchman at the Educational MultiMedia Research Center on Osmania University campus until now and making around Rs 9,000 per month.
But with his new job, Kumar is eligible for a salary of 73,000-Rs 83,000.
The story of Kumar who secured two government jobs in ten days doesn't end there, as a third one could be on the way. The results of another exam which Kumar is confident that he has done well, will be announced soon.
Comes from a humble background
Kumar comes from a small village in Telangana's Mancherial district, where his father works as a mason and his mother, a beedi worker.
Despite the odd and the financial struggles of the family Kumar pursued his desire for studies and became a double postgraduate.
Since 2018, Kumar has been preparing for competitive exams, studying on his own.
In 2018 he missed selection for DSC notification just by half-mark.
Worked at night to find time for exam preparation
Kumar who has been working as a night watchman for the past five years said he took up the job so that he could get enough time to prepare for it.
¡°For the last five years, I have been working as a night watchman in the EMRC. During my work hours, I studied under the streetlights and prepared for the competitive exams,¡± he said.
Kumar's achievement has also impressed the EMRC authorities who felicitated and congratulated him for getting the two government jobs.
