French President Francois Hollande To Be The Chief Guest At 2016 Republic Day Parade
Francois Hollande will attend India&rsquos 67th Republic Day on 26th January 2016. UK Prime Minister David Cameron and Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy Brey were also considered to be invited as the chief guest.
After the President Of United States Of America, Barack Obama, it would be French President Francois Hollande who will attend India¡¯s 67th Republic Day on 26th January, 2016.

According to reports, apart from Hollande, UK Prime Minister David Cameron and Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy Brey were also considered to be invited as the chief guest for the 2016 Republic Day celebrations.
The French President is up against the terror, which shook his country recently. His visit will strengthen India¡¯s support to France to fight the terror. Hollande will be second French President to be the Chief Guest at India¡¯s Republic Day Parade, as his predecessor Nicolas Sarkozy was the first French Prez who attended the Republic Day celebrations in 2008.
