'Tis the season of merry lights and Christmas carols. Everybody is sprucing up their homes with Christmas decorations but this German couple will give anyone a run for their money.

The couple's collection is so magnificent that it takes them eight weeks to set up the ornaments for the holiday season.
Susanne Jeromin said the only room which is not decorated is their bedroom because ¡°It¡¯s our retreat for when we¡¯ve had enough of Christmas¡±.
According to the Reuters report, the couple were certified as world record holders for the most Christmas trees in one place.
However, not everyone was impressed with their feat. A user took to Twitter and wrote, "Apart from being weird, what isn't necessarily bad, it's just sad, that a whole forest had to go just for their craving for attention. While others are spreading a word for understanding how important it is to shelter every tree, they are slaughtering trees for utter nonsense."
This does bring in the conversation about how this could be severely harmful to the environment. What do you think? Let us know in the comments section.
