For National French Fry Day on July 13, the restaurant announced that the world-record fries would be back on the menu.
These fries are made with ingredients like Chipperbeck potatoes, Dom Perignon champagne, J. LeBlanc French Champagne Ardenne vinegar, cage-free French goose fat, Guerande truffle salt, truffle oil, Crete Senesi Pecorino Tartufello cheese, shaved Italian black summer truffles, truffle butter, organic A2 A2 100 percent grass-fed cream from Jersey cows, Gruyere Truffled Swiss Raclette, and 23-karat edible gold dust sprinkle.
What is unique about the 'World's Most Expensive French Fries'?
The famous French fries, which cost $200 for a serving, are prepared with premium Chipperbeck potatoes and cooked three times in Southwest French pure goose fat. The potatoes are also blanched in Dom Perignon Champagne and J. LeBlanc French Champagne Ardenne Vinegar for an additional flavor boost.
Requests for the famous French fries must be made 48 hours in advance of the reservation.
