In the bizarre incident, thieves stole computers and other electronic items from a high school in Odisha and left a message on a blackboard: 'It's me Dhoom 4'.
The robbery occurred at Indravati High School in the Khatiguda area of Nabarangpur on Friday night.
On Saturday morning, the peon of the school found the main gate broken and informed the headmaster, who reported the matter to the Khatiguda police station.
According to reports, a group of miscreants allegedly entered the school and looted computers, a printer, a photocopier, a weighing machine, sound boxes and other materials from the headmaster¡¯s room.
Thieves also threw an open challenge to the police. "Its me Dhoom 4, ¡®we will return,¡¯ ¡®coming soon¡¯ and ¡®school children catch us if you can,'" was written on the blackboard.
They also wrote down several phone numbers on the blackboard, apparently giving clues to the police to reach out to them or to mislead. Interestingly, one of the phone numbers written on the blackboard belongs to a teacher of the school, Odisha TV reported. The concerned teacher, however, said they had no clue why his number the robbers wrote his number on the blackboard.
The police have launched a probe and the hunt is on for miscreants.
