Lawyer Who Fought Case Against Salman Khan Allegedly Kills Police Constable With Speeding Car
Mahipal Bishnoi, the lawyer fought the blackbuck poaching case against Salman Khan has allegedly killed a Police constable with his speeding car.?
Here's what happened
The incident took place in Jaipur. The 27-year-old constable Ramesh Saran was on night duty. The speeding car driven by Mahipal hit him, after which Saran was rushed to AIIMS hospital. However, he succumbed to his injuries.??
DCP (West) Gaurav Yadav said, "Around midnight, a speeding car coming from the Jalamand side hit him. Though he tried to jump to the other side of the divider, he was injured badly." He added that the car jumped to the other side of the divider and overturned two-three times.
Saran had joined the police service in 2018 and was married only a year ago. His?body was sent to his native place for the last rites following a guard of honour by the Police Department.?ACP (Boranada) Jai Prakash Atal said an FIR?has been given by the family of the victim against Bishnoi and an investigation has been initiated into the matter.??
Khan and his fellow actors Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam Kothari and Sonali Bendre were charged for the killing of endangered blackbuck antelopes in 1998 while shooting for the film Hum Saath-Saath Hain in Rajasthan. All other accused were acquitted in 2018. The court gave a five-year jail term and fined Salman Khan Rs 10,000, Mahipal Bishnoi had revealed at that time. However, Khan was granted bail a day later.

"Since the Bishnois consider the blackbuck to be the reincarnation of their religious guru, Bhagwan Jambeshwar also known as Jambaji, acquittal or punishment from the court will not be the last verdict for him," he said.
He had bought a Rs 4 lakh rifle to kill Khan in 2018 as well. He had openly threatened to kill him.?
"Hum karenge toh pata chal hi jayega. Salman Khan ko Jodhpur mein hi maarenge, pata chal jayega inko. Abhi toh maine kuch kiya hi nahi hai, bina matlab ke involve kar rahe hain?(Everyone will know once I take action. We will kill Salman Khan here, in Jodhpur. I haven¡¯t done anything yet, and they¡¯re involving me for no reason),"Bishnoi told India Today outside the court.??
