Director Nag Ashwin, the mastermind behind the upcoming sci-fi movie Kalki 2898 AD, recently invited Tesla CEO Elon Musk to India. The challenge? To take a ride on Bujji, a hefty six-ton AI-powered robotic three-wheeled vehicle that has been made exclusively for the movie.
In a tweet inviting Elon Musk to India, Nag Ashwin wrote on X (formerly called Twitter), he wrote, "Dear @elonmusk?sir... We would love to invite you to see and drive our?#Bujji...?it's a 6 ton beast, fully?#madeinindia?Fully Electric & an engineering feat.. And I daresay it'll make for a great photo-op with ur cybertruck?(would be a sight to see them drive together) (sic)".?
F1 driver?Narain Karthikeyan earlier took the?6-ton Bujji car for a spin and praised it. The film has been gaining massive attention because of the futuristic robot car.
The car was launched last week during a?grand event in Hyderabad, which was also attended by the film's lead actor.?Prabhas made a jaw-dropping entrance, zooming in with a sports car surrounded by a spectacular display of fireworks and a roaring crowd. He then unveiled the star of the film Kalki 2898 AD ¨C Bujji, an adorable little robot that stole everyone's hearts.
Director Nag Ashwin couldn¡¯t contain his excitement over Bujji. He called it the film's toughest and most fascinating character. With its sleek futuristic design and cutting-edge technology, Bujji is set to mesmerize audiences and catapult Kalki 2898 AD to soaring new heights of success.?For the unversed, Bujji is guided by the mind and brought to life with Keerthy Suresh's voice.
