Five-year-old boy Aashman Taneja set a Guinness world record in Taekwondo for the most knee strikes in an hour.
Aashman has achieved a lot at a very young age. He won silver at the USA World Open Taekwondo and now he can add a Guinness World Record to that.
He produced more than 1200 knee strikes in 60 minutes.?
Ashish Taneja, his father was very proud?
"My son practiced a lot for the world record, he was inspired by his sister and started training earlier. He was the youngest child to achieve the record," he told ANI.
"My son is now practising for another Guinness world record and we hope that he will achieve it," he added.
"When my sister got two Guinness world records, I too wanted to secure the Guinness world record. She is my inspiration and so is my teacher," Aashman said.
So talent runs in the family. All the best to Aashman. He is only 5, so expect great things from him in the future.?
