We have heard people complaining about flights and suing them for various reasons. But this time, an airline has sued a passenger for missing his flight.
Lufthansa Airlines is suing a passenger who found a cheap way to travel between several cities in USA and Europe. According to the airlines,?the customer broke its rules when he skipped the last leg of the journey.
The airline group wants the person to now pay $2,000 that equal to Rs 1,41,890.

The man was supposed to fly from Seattle to Frankfurt and then Oslo but he failed to fly from Seattle to Frankfurt and reached Oslo directly. He paid Rs 52,564 to fly business class from Oslo back to Seattle with layovers in Frankfurt. But instead of making an entire trip, he got off his return flight in Frankfurt and from there he flew to Berlin on a separate Lufthansa ticket.
According to documents, Lufthansa said that the trip should have cost Rs 2,21,476 but it cost him Rs 50,701 and now they want the customer to pay the difference.

According to CNN, the customer asked the court to dismiss the airlineĄ¯s request, saying the airlineĄ¯s terms and conditions donĄ¯t apply any of his actions. While the case is still in process, the court documents said the pricing was 'lacking in transparency' in a summary of their verdict.
