Many conflicts between neighbours arise as the result of disputes over parking. However, sometimes things can go a little crazy and that is what happened in this particular case.?
A dispute between local residents in Australia over parking took a hilarious turn?with numerous passive-aggressive notes being stuck to a car.
The bizarre dispute was sparked by one angry person who accused a neighbour of buying?a?car?and a trailer just so they could ¡°block others from finding a place to park¡±.??
As surprising as it may sound, it wasn't the only note left?on the Toyota car - as three others followed and one joked about the whole drama.
To everyone's bemusement,?the debate continued to rage on the neighbourhood's community?Facebook?page.
The first note said: ¡°Buying a car and trailer solely to block others from parking at the right of your driveway is inconsiderate - you have a double garage plus an empty car space.¡±??
It went on: ¡°This is a public road with a shortage of parking. If everybody acted the same there would be nowhere to park.¡±??
Another neighbour was in agreement and left a note that said: ¡°Agreed! You try driving around looking for parking after a long day at work.¡±
A third resident added: ¡°We agree! It would be great if we all work together as neighbours to make it easier for everyone to park close to their home.¡±
A fourth note-writer joked: ¡°Just here for the drama.¡±
The images were posted on the Facebook community page for residents in Narrabeen, Elanora and Ingleside.
Residents shared their stories of parking woes.??
¡°We had our tyres let down, our cars covered in wet sand, I got parked in, all if we dared to park in front of other peoples [sic] houses on the street - which isn¡¯t even illegal?" one resident said.?
One woman claimed her neighbours placed cones in front to claim her spot.
She said: ¡°It doesn¡¯t effect [sic] us, it¡¯s across the road, but who does that?¡±?
