What if we told you that an entrepreneur of royal lineage is planning to start an IPL-mini for the state of Madhya Pradesh!
Meet Mahanaryaman Scindia, son of politician Jyotiraditya Scindia and Prince of Gwalior, Who Runs An Agricultural Startup!
Mahanaryaman Scindia, the son of renowned politician Jyotiraditya Scindia, decided to pursue entrepreneurship rather than entering into his family's political legacy. His agricultural startup, MyMandi, is attracting notice for its inventive methods in farming. Despite being born into a royal family with inherited wealth, Mahanaryaman is carving out his own path and establishing his own reputation.
After completing his education at Doon School and GAIL University, he acquired experience at the Boston Consulting Group before venturing into entrepreneurship.
Mahanaryaman is dedicated to revolutionizing agriculture through MyMandi. Established in 2022, the startup has quickly gained traction, generating substantial revenue and expanding its operations across multiple cities.
MyMandi's business model centers on bulk purchasing and distribution to push-cart vendors, with the goal of modernizing the agricultural sector.
He Has A Plan To Launch Madhya Pradesh Premier League Sooner Rather Than Later
Mahanaryaman's impact reaches into the realm of sports too, as he recently assumed the position of Deputy Chairman of the Gwalior Division Cricket Association.
Regarding the intention to launch the Madhya Pradesh Premier League within the next 2-3 months, he told PTI,
"We are going to make a league in Madhya Pradesh. There will be 5 teams. We aim to connect business, cricket and public. We aim for transition of players from village to national level. Players will be getting employment. They will also be getting remuneration for playing games. It will be broadcasted on television."
Talking about his vision and plans, he further added, "Our PM and CM are going to open many institutions including upskilling centres in the area. Bhutan prioritises Gross National Happiness over Gross Domestic Product. It is important to find time for the family and health. It is important."
