As the video went viral, some fans were surprised to see the actor getting angry. "This is the attitude of Telugu stars," one of them wrote while the other one added, "Par yeh toh humble hote hai na?". On the other hand, several other defended him saying that he has "the right of privacy, there are 100 times when you can click their pictures, where they are dressed just to cater to your needs, but then there are times where people need to give them space."?Many others pointed out that South Indian stars are not used to paparazzi culture as it is not prevalent in South India.?

The South Indian superstar will be seen alongside Hrithik Roshan in Yash Raj Films' (YRF) War 2, which is being directed by Ayan Mukerji.
