The Tesla Cybertruck is one of the most unconventional and futuristic vehicles to hit the market in a very long time. The Tesla Cybertruck?which?was first announced?in?2019?redefined how pickup trucks looked?like. For its Cybertruck, Tesla also went with its?own?stainless steel alloy,?referred to as?the Ultra-hard 30X Cold-rolled Stainless steel, an odd choice for a vehicle.
But an artist has made a Cybertruck replica for himself, not with stainless steel, but wood.
The wooden Cybertruck?was created?by a YouTube Channel called ND-WoodArt?which?also has similar replicas of other vehicles.

In the video, the artist?can?be seen?sketching?every minute detail of the Cybertruck on paper before he started working on the metal frame and wood.
According to the video, it took the artist 100 days to finish his wooden Cybertruck. The life-size wooden Cybertruck is fully functional?and?in the video, the artist can?be seen?driving it around on the roads.
According to reports, it cost the artist $15,000 (Rs 12.5 lakhs) to build his wooden Cybertruck. While that sounds a?lot?it is a fraction of what a real Tesla Cybertruck can cost -?which is?anywhere between $81,895 - $101,985 (?66.60 to ?88 lakh).
The video was posted on YouTube in December 2023, around the same time when Tesla started delivering its Cybertrucks to customers.
Last month?the?Cybertruck was back in the news after Tesla was ordered to recall nearly 4,000 of them due to an accelerator pedal that can stick in place when pressed down.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the defect can result in the pedal pad dislodging and?becoming?trapped in the vehicle¡¯s interior trim when ¡°high force is applied.¡±
The fault?was caused?by an ¡°unapproved change¡± that introduced ¡°lubricant (soap)¡± during the assembly of the accelerator pedals, which reduced the retention of the pad.
