A woman recently resorted to X, formerly Twitter, to relate a particularly terrible event in which she discovered a cockroach in her meal. The user described herself as "absolutely disgusted" by the event.?
According to a video recorded by Harshita, she ordered fried rice from a restaurant and discovered a cockroach in the package.?
"I ordered chicken fried rice from "TAPRI BY THE CORNER" on Zomato. I discovered a cockroach in my dinner.? I'm completely disgusted with my order!? This is both unacceptable and unsanitary. I urgently require a resolution," she said, tagging the company, its CEO Deepinder Goyal, and the Department of Consumer Affairs.
The food delivery platform took notice and said, "That's very unexpected, Harshitha." We can imagine how you must be feeling:( Could you please provide us with your registered contact number/Order ID via private message so that we may investigate this as soon as possible?"
Meanwhile, a man in Bengaluru was disgusted when he reportedly discovered a live snail in a salad he purchased from a local eatery using the food delivery app Swiggy.?
Dhaval Singh took to X (previously Twitter) to report his terrible experience in order to warn other clients. He also posted a video of the live snail laying on top of the vegetables in the salad he bought from Leon Grill, a local restaurant chain. "Never ordering from @LeonGrill ever again!" he stated in his post. He concluded with the following: "Swiggy, do whatever you can to ensure this sh*t doesn't happen to others...
