Kangana Ranaut has starred in numerous successful films throughout her career. Recently, the Bollywood actress made a shift into politics and became a BJP MP. Prior to the elections, she declared that she would be stepping back from acting to focus on her new political role.
In a recent development, Kangana Ranaut has reportedly listed her Mumbai bungalow for sale, for a staggering Rs 40 crore as she is now spending significant time in New Delhi and Himachal Pradesh these days. This is the same property in Bandra that faced partial demolition by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and was a focal point of controversy in 2020.
A YouTube channel named Code Estate recently posted a video indicating that a production house office is available for sale. Notably, Kangana Ranaut's property, which is also listed, includes the office for her production house, Manikarnika Films.
Although the video did not explicitly name the production house or its owner, the visuals and photographs featured strongly suggested that the property in question could belong to Kangana Ranaut.
Many social media users speculated in the comments that the property featured in the video likely belongs to the actress.
However, there has been no official confirmation from her on the same
According to the details provided in the video, the bungalow includes a plot of land measuring 285 square meters. The constructed area of the property spans 3,042 square feet, with an additional 500 square feet designated for parking. The two-story building is currently listed at Rs 40 crore.

Kangana Ranaut¡¯s Mumbai bungalow gained attention when the BMC alleged that it had illegal extensions. In September 2020, the BMC demolished parts of Kangana¡¯s office in Pali Hill, Bandra (West), citing unauthorized construction.
Demolition work was halted midway following a stay order from the Bombay High Court on September 9. Kangana subsequently filed a case against the BMC and sought Rs 2 crores in compensation, although she withdrew her demands in May 2023, according to reports.
Later, the Bombay High Court overturned the September 9 order issued by a BMC ward officer, which had directed the demolition of part of Kangana Ranaut¡¯s bungalow.
On the professional front, Kangana Ranaut is gearing up for the release of her highly anticipated film Emergency based on the life and times of Indira Gandhi. In addition to her cinematic endeavors, she continues to be actively involved in her political career.
